"Global fusion" is the motto of the menu - a concept that carries influences from food cultures around the world, from the Nordic region to Asia via Africa. At lunchtime, the dish of the day is served along with a couple of weekly changing specials, while the evening menu lists a variety of both small and large dishes that can be composed into either a three-course meal or a sharing dinner. Groups looking for a more secluded setting can book Ruben's chambre séparée, located directly adjacent to the kitchen.
